Children’s Medical Nutrition Alliance, Inc., (“CMNUA”) believes that the privacy of its users’ personal information is significant.  Thus, CMNUA designed this Privacy Policy to explain what information we collect about you, as well as how we use the information collected.  Additionally, this Privacy Policy outlines the choices you can make about the use and protection of your personal information.  This Privacy Policy should be read carefully.

CMNUA does not require its users to register or submit personal information in order to access its website.  “Personal Information” is defined as any information that can be used to identify or contact you, including, but not limited to, the following: your name, address, telephone number or email address.  However, this website does provide users with the option to provide their Personal Information.  Also, users are invited to share stories about health conditions related to CMNUA’s mission and purpose.  This information is also Personal Information.  Stories and experiences shared with CMNUA may be made public, listed on CMNUA’s website, etc., at CMNUA’s sole discretion.  You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided to CMNUA is accurate.  Submitting inaccurate information will affect CMNUA’s ability to contact you.
